This is my second purchase from Soleil. The only words that come to mind from this purchase is Amazing. The whole purchase was super easy and fast. This guitar is beyond amazing. The fit and finish is over the top! THe playability is one of the best if not the best I have ever played and I own over 20 high end custom designed Luthier guitars as of the time of this review. IF you are even thinking about getting a Luthier to build you a guitar and you don't check out Soleil, then you are doing yourself a real disservice. Every guitar is carefully packed in a premium hardshell case or Gig Bag and shipped via UPS or FedEx, fully ensured with tracking and signature confirmation.
We use specialized guitar shipping boxes with additional padding to ensure your instrument arrives in perfect condition.
All Soleil Custom guitars come with a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship and a 1-year warranty on electronics and hardware. We also provide complimentary setup adjustments for the first year for local residents. Our commitment to excellence means we'll always stand behind the quality and playability of every instrument we create.
Because each Soleil guitar is built to a defined model specification and made specifically for its owner, custom-made instruments are not eligible for returns.
That said, every guitar is built with care, precision, and attention to detail. If there is an issue related to craftsmanship or function, we will work with you to make it right.
In-stock guitars may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Our goal is for every Soleil instrument to leave our shop playing exactly as it should.
The Galaxy V2 S is a shred machine! Write beautiful clean melodies like a butterfly and aggressive nasty stinging riffs like a bee! It does it all! I was given a chance to review it and provide a demo. I simply could not stop playing it. Beautiful natural finish, fast n slick neck. DEEP cutaway allowing you to reach the 24th fret no problem! Even for a chubby finger fella like myself. The frets felt amazing and allows you to really glide around the fretboard. The tuner design and headstock design flows so well into the body of the guitar. A really high quality, beautifully crafted guitar right here folks. HIGHLY recommend!

I bought this guitar after seeing it on xguitars on Instagram . As I scrolled down the page of many guitars made by Luthiers from around the world I saw this guitar, the Orion Black Hole Burst. I was literally blown away at its stunning looks . I had to investigate further. After going on this website and watching the very well produced video review of the guitar, I bought it . I planned on calling Jesse the next day to confirm purchase, but he called me first… which I was impressed by. We talked for almost an hour about the guitar, its stages of creation, and our motivations and inspirations that fuel our passion for all things guitar. He even sent me pictures of the guitar in its different stages during the build process. This guitar is masterfully built, plays incredibly well, and the tones I get out of it are amazing. This was my first purchase from Soleil Custom Guitars. I currently own over 20 custom Luthier guitars and this guitar as well the other I purchased from Soleil is as good if not better than any other guitar I have ever had made.
